Tiny Hand Prints on Church Glassdoor
Do you see it?
Little hand prints on the door of the church. Just a few feet from the floor.
Some might think that, “Someone needs to wash those glass doors.”
I thought, Wow, what a beautiful sight.
I saw this and made me thankful for the parents and grandparents that bring themselves and the little babies to church.
It’s hard.
But it’s a labor worth it’s weight in eternity.
I’m thankful my parents loved God enough to take me to church as a child. It has saved me a world of trouble.
Our world is in the condition it is in today in no small part that parents quit going to church and their children never learned basic values and understandings that are not taught anywhere but in a Church.
Those that live with a Biblical worldview have raised kids that only know what they learned from music, movies and social media.
It’s easy to blame the government, hollywood, the music industry.
However, it starts with the Mom and Dad.
Sure, our kids are going to be influenced by all these forces, however we as believers and parents have the best opportunity to train, teach, and influence the future adults they will become by raising them up in the fear and admonition of God.
If you have any opportunity to influence the youngest children, bring them to church.
There is no way to calculate the good things they will learn and experience because someone loved them enough to take them to church and teach them about Jesus.
We need more small handprints all over the building.
